This is not a bug with our website.
Some of our documentation is specific to our premium plugin add-ons which are only available to customers who purchase an annual license to include support. Our restricted documents are specific to one (or more) of these premium add-ons and are therefore only made available to those who own an active and valid license for that product.
In order to access these documents, you must own an active license and be logged in to our website.
