For your Privacy Policy, we recommend reading the Privacy Policy guide on your own website. To get to it, put the following after your domain name: /wp-admin/privacy-policy-guide.php

Privacy Policy

• Agree to Privacy Policy? – Check this to enforce acceptance of your privacy policy on a submission page that users must agree to before proceeding.
• Agree to Privacy Policy Label – Label shown next to the agree to Privacy Policy checkbox. This text will link to your defined Privacy Policy.
• Agree to Privacy Policy Description – Description shown under the agree to Privacy Policy field. Leave blank for none
• Display Privacy Policy in – Thickbox – a pop-up on your site or New Page – will open a new page.

Terms & Conditions

• Agree to Terms – Check this to show an agree to terms on the submission page that users must agree to before submitting.
• Agree to Terms Label – Label shown next to the agree to terms checkbox.
• Agree to Terms Description – Description shown under the Agree to Terms field. Leave blank for none
• Terms Heading – Heading for the agree to terms thickbox (or new page).
• Agreement Text – Supports shortcodes and html tags. If Agree to Terms is checked, enter the agreement terms here.
