Client Zone Settings

An overview of the setting options for the Client Zone

Manipulate the settings, display and actions for features on the front end of your website (Client Zone)

General Settings

Application Name
(text) Give the MDJM application a custom name
Default: Client Zone

Client Settings

Default Password Length
(select) Select the minimum character length for passwords auto generated by MDJM
Default: 8

Incomplete Profile Warning?
(checkbox) Enable a notice on the Client Zone when clients are logged in if they have missing information from their Profile
Default: true


Event Settings

Display Package Prices?
(checkbox) Enable to display event Package & Add-on costs when clients hover over the package / add-on name within the Client Zone
Default: false

Notify Admin?
(checkbox) Enable to notify business admins via email when clients update their events via Client Zone
Default: true
Note: As of version 1.2.7 this setting is not yet in activated

Allow Client to Edit Event?
(checkbox) Enable clients to adjust event details via Client Zone. Changes are held for moderation before being applied to allow for cost adjustment
Default: false
Note: As of version 1.2.7 this setting is not yet activated


Pages

Define the pages that the MDJM application should use.

These pages are created during installation. Client Zone Home Page is set as a parent page and the remaining pages are set to children of the Client Zone Home Page.

You can adjust the names, content, slugs and positioning of pages as required.

Client Zone Home Page
(select) The Client Zone landing page
Default: Client Zone – Creating during installation

Online Quotes Page
(select) The page to be used for displaying on-line quotes
Default: Event Quotes – Creating during installation

Contact Page
(select) Select your websites contact page
Default: None

Contracts Page
(select) The page to be used for displaying client contracts
Default: Event Contract – Creating during installation

Payments Page
(select) The page to be used for client to make payments via your website
Default: Event Payments – Creating during installation
Note: On-line payments require a Payment Gateway add-on

Playlist Page
(select) The page to be used for clients and their guests to manage event playlists
Default: Playlist Management – Creating during installation

Profile Page
(select) The page to be used for clients to manage their profile information and change their password
Default: Your Details – Creating during installation


Availability Checker

Set some global settings for the Availability Checker feature.

Additional settings can be set with the Availability Checker Shortcode.

Unavailable Statuses
(select) Select which statuses an event should be in before it is deemed as booked and therefore reports the employee as busy
Default: Enquiry, Awaiting Contract, Approved

Use Ajax?
(checkbox) Enable to perform availability checks on the Client Zone without refreshing the page
Default: true

Available Redirect Page
(select) Select the page you want to redirect users the Availability Checker deems you as available
Default: NO REDIRECT – USE TEXT

Available Text
(textarea) Enter the text to be displayed to the user when the Availability Checker deems you as available. Only applies if Available Redirect Page is set to NO REDIRECT – USE TEXT
Default: Good news, we are available on the date you entered. Please contact us now

Unavailable Redirect Page
(select) Select the page you want to redirect users the Availability Checker deems you as not available
Default: NO REDIRECT – USE TEXT

Unavailable Text
(textarea) Enter the text to be displayed to the user when the Availability Checker deems you as not available. Only applies if Unavailable Redirect Page is set to NO REDIRECT – USE TEXT
