  • Application Settings

Client Settings

  • Default Password Length – If opting to generate or reset a user password during event creation, how many characters should the password be? Recommended to be left at 8.
  • Use Complex Passwords? – Generated passwords will contain special characters such as !@#$%^&*() as well as letters and numbers
  • Incomplete Profile Warning? – Display notice to Clients when they login if their Profile is incomplete? (i.e. Required field is empty).

Event Settings

  • Display Package Price? – Select to display event package & Add-on prices within hover text within the Client Zone.

Styles

  • Action Button Colour – Select your preferred colour for the event action buttons. Colours are Blue, Red, Green or Turquoise.

Pages

All the pages, except the contact page, are created when you install MEM. The shortcodes are shown at the end of each description.

  • Client Zone Home Page – Select the home page for the Client Zone application. Needs to contain the shortcode.
  • Online Quotes Page – Select the page to use for online event quotes. Needs to contain the shortcode.
  • Contact Page – Select your website’s contact page so we can correctly direct visitors.
  • Contracts Page – Select your website’s contracts page. Needs to contain the shortcode.
  • Payments Page – Select your website’s payments page. Needs to contain the shortcode.
  • Playlist Page – Select your website’s playlist page. Needs to contain the shortcode.
  • Profile Page – Select your website’s profile page. Needs to contain the shortcode.

Availability Checker

  • Unavailable Statuses – CTRL (cmd on MAC) + Click to select event status’ that you want availability checker to report as unavailable.
  • Employee Roles – CTRL (cmd on MAC) + Click to select employee roles that need to be available. You can add more Employee roles from the Employees menu.
  • Use Ajax? – Perform checks without page refresh
  • Available Redirect Page – Select a page to which users should be directed when an availability check is successful.
  • Available Text – Text to be displayed when you are available – Only displayed if No Redirect – use Text is selected on the above option, unless you are redirecting to an TMEM Contact Form.
  • Unavailable Redirect Page – Select a page to which users should be directed when an availability check is not successful.
  • Unavailable Text – Text to be displayed when you are not available – Only displayed if No Redirect – use Text is selected on the above option.

Client Portal Page Excerpts

You can use any content tag in the list from the MDJM menu in the rich editor, or you can use the custom ones too.

  • Home Page Excerpt – Shows the text from the box below on the home page of the Client Portal.
  • Playlist Page Excerpt – Shows the text from the box below on the Client facing Playlist Page.
  • Event Page Excerpt – Shows the text from the box below on the specific Event Page.
  • Guest Playlist Excerpt – Shows the text from the box below on the Guest facing Playlist Page.
