Configuring the Plugin – Emails & Templates

The 3rd Tab is the Emails & Templates tab.

General Email Settings

  • Default From Address – The email address you want generic emails from TMEM to come from.
  • Communicate Active Events Only – Check to only retrieve a client’s/employee’s active events on the communication page.
  • Track Client Emails – Shows you if a client has opened an email you have sent them. Some email clients may not support this feature.
  • Copy DJ in Client Emails? – Send a copy of client emails to the events primary DJ
  • Copy Admin in Client Emails? – Send a copy of client emails to the email address in the Default From Address.

Event Templates

Quote Template Settings

  • Quote Template – This is the default template used when sending quotes via email to clients
  • Online Quote Template – This is the default template used for clients viewing quotes online via the Client Zone.
  • Unavailability Template – This is the default template used when responding to enquiries that you are unavailable for the event.
  • Emails From? – Who should enquiries and unavailability emails to be sent by?
  • Awaiting Deposit Template – Select an email template to be used when sending the Deposit reminder to the client.

Awaiting Contract Template Settings

  • Contract Notification Email? – Do you want to auto send an email to the client when their event changes to the Awaiting Contract status?
  • Contract Template – Only applies if Contract Notification Email is enabled
  • Emails From? – Who should contract notification emails to be sent by?

Booking Confirmation Template Settings

  • Booking Confirmation to Client – Email client with selected template when booking is confirmed i.e. contract accepted, or status changed to Approved.
  • Client Booking Confirmation Template – Select an email template to be used when sending the Booking Confirmation to Clients
  • Emails From? – Who should booking confirmation emails to be sent by?
  • Booking Confirmation to Employee? – Email events primary DJ with selected template when booking is confirmed i.e. contract accepted, or status changed to Approved.
  • DJ Booking Confirmation Template – Select an email template to be used when sending the Booking Confirmation to events primary DJ.
