Renaming Event Status Labels
MDJM provides a number of hooks and filters which allow for more advanced customisation that is not available within the general plugin settings.
Event status labels are no exception to this.

MDJM Event Management offers easy customisation of the admin event screen allowing you to add and remove custom fields easily, determine when the custom fields should be displayed, and save the data. The data can then be called via custom content tags within your content, documents and emails.
It is possible to add custom event statuses within MDJM if needed. The following code is an example of how to add an event status “Referred”.
From time to time you may see a notice stating that you have Unattended Enquiries but when you attempt to view the Unattended Enquiries within the events list no events are shown.
The MDJM REST API includes the /event/
endpoint to enable individual event look ups to be performed.
Enquiry Sources allow you to track the method by which your client found your business and made initial contact with you.
Playlist Categories can be used to categorise songs that a client has entered into their event playlist. When the playlist is displayed on-screen, entries are grouped by their category.
MDJM creates some default categories during installation, but you can edit or delete these and add your own via the MDJM Events tool bar menu and selecting Events -> Playlist Categories.
With MDJM Event Management you can categorise the types of events that you offer.
During the life cycle of an event, there are various statuses available. The event status is referred to as the Contract Status.
Event status’ are important as they not only allow you to easily filter the events list, but also for reporting functionality. For example, to be able to report on the number of Failed Enquiries may be of interest.
